Proceedings:

• Meeting called to order at 10:30am by the President, Ali Kiran.
  There were 16 members present at the meeting.

• Burhan Kivrak informed members that it was impossible to provide June 26 minutes due to technological difficulties. Ali Kiran moved to approve June 26 minutes innext members meeting; Burhan Kivrak seconded and unanimously passed.

• Ali Kiran informed that only Nominating Committee was working sufficiently and vice president Murat Goksel resigned. Ali Kiran also suggested to hold upcoming member meetings on October 13^th at 8:00 pm, November 4^th and December 2^nd. His suggestion discussed. Ali Kiran asked members to make pre-registration for Bayram Dinner Party on October 13^th with Ayten Kaplan.

• Ali Kiran asked members whether they have any ideas to bring more members to the meetings. Members agreed upon to make a survey oat Bayram Dinner Party to be able to reach more members.

• Baris Guler informed members about recent HPR meetings.

• Baris Guler moved to adjourn the meeting, Burhan Kivrak seconded and unanimously approved.

• Meeting adjourned at 11:30pm.
